Main safe while playing on smurf? HWID ban?

Hi,

I am new to cheating in CS2 and cheating in general.

As i dont want to risk my main, but still want to try out cheats, is it safe to cheat on a second steam / CS2 account, or is the main account still in danger?

Is it relevant if both accounts are run from the same machine?

And does Valve issue HWID bans? ive read they dont, but wanted to make sure how they generally issue their bans.

Right now im looking at Inuria for starting as i just want to run legit / semi legit.

Valve does not issue hwid ban, nor do they care about you cheating on an alt on the same pc.
The only way you may be affected is that you have the same phone number on your main and your alt, which for steam you don't even have to have one for each account, as long as you keep this in mind you are fine. (same email do not matter, only phone number.)
Since you are on an alt, Iniuria is good enough.

Running Iniuria should be fine as long as you stay lowkey no rage, no obvious plays. Just don’t use your main on the same setup to be extra safe

I'd recommend playing clean for a while on your new account first before going back to cheating but Iniuria's good
