Only aim+rcs cheat?
I'm looking for something that only has aimbot and rcs, I'm not interested in anything else, Is it possible to find one like this ?

You just can disable visuals, from good providers I can recommend :
**********.com for leagues (legit) green trust in mm + league support
iniuria (semi-rage) green trust in mm but idk about detections
leaguecheats (legit) but idk how it's good now

Yes, there are quite a few of those. As far as RSC is concerned, you can also work very well with scripts.
A rather simple alternative would be to buy a reliable product, and if it has an ESP, you can simply leave it deactivated.
