There are pro-players who are paying 50-70k for cheats to use on tournement. no visuals, only aimassists, mouse-esp (move your mouse slowly to enemy) or recoil. they can also rage-aim trigger, as you can see on many youtube videos from pro-players, it can lock through walls on head of enemy.
no anticheat is bulletproof. if you know someone who is good in game-hacking, he can program for you for sure a good program with a unique build which can't be detected. its just like so many hours of work, he would take 100 of hours for programming and would charge you for single build 10k€, for example.
the problem is: more users = more risk to detection. And generally ESPs are not working good on Faceit bcs the AC is able to detect the ESP Lines very good and ban you. the next problem is to bypass the AC. Its possible but its hard. You need Kernel-Drivers, which is not hard to get but need more knowledge then simple cheats.
so there are some faceit product providers here. ~200€/ Month or ~3000€/year. high risk of detection since they are "semi-private". when i am able to buy it, faceit workers are able to buy it too and detect it within hours.
i would not recommend to cheat on faceit unless you are really knowing the risk what will happen when you get banned. like HWID Ban -> you need new Mainboard S/N, new MAC Adress, new Hard-Drives and more.. you can spoof them but it costs money aswell..
So: its possible, it costs alot of money if you want to cheat "safe" and it costs still alot of money if you want a semi private product which is excepted to get detected every few weeks/ months.
