Hello! I'm IGL of a newly-formed competitive team that has their sights trained on the highest level of competition in North American CS:GO. We're wanting badly to practice as a team, in a controlled and efficient environment. We have rented a private, dedicated server and have basic knowledge of plugins and such... but there seems to be, in general, a massive lack of information on the topic of how best to use said server to practice. Things we'd love to work on as a team are executes, retakes, and grenades as well as anything else seemingly useful.
Please don't just link plugins, either. Odds are, we've found them and simply haven't gotten them to work yet. Feel free to treat me like a preschooler... assume I know nothing about the plugins and please offer suggestions on how to proceed. As an IGL, I feel that I'm letting my team down by not knowing how best to hone our skills and teamwork. I would really love some input from active IGLs as to how they practice with their team, and anything else they deem relevant to a new IGL. Thanks
