CSGO is going to significantly restrict third party programs interfacing with the game now.

Do you think this is going to effect cheats?

It will most likely affect only free cheats and some people will probably have problems with injecting free dll's. It should affect only loadlibrary otherwise mmaping should be fine (means 95% of paid cheat providers wont even have to change anything).

Only really affects interal cheats, but theres already a bypass, so.... lol vac
