Yeah, there is no program, hack, tool whatever that remove/reverse your vac ban.
But you can still play on non vac secured servers. If you want to play on vac secured servers, then you need to create a new steam account and buy cs:go again
All public tools that tell you, that they can remove your vac ban are fake and only malware or account stealers.
