Das Problem liegt sehr wahrscheinlich an der OnBoard Grafikkarte.
Wenn du keinen neuen PC holen kannst dann besorge dir wenigstens eine Grafikkarte.
Sonst bräuchtest du ja eigentlich nur ein anderes Mainboard / Prozessor und Grafikkarte.
Im Low Budget Bereich lässt sich sicherlich was finden wie zum Beispiel ein Athlon II X4 (ca. 65 EUR)
Ein passendes ATX-M Board liegt zwischen 40-50 EUR
Und eine Grafikkarte zwischen 50-100 EUR
Der Rest lässt sich wiederverwenden.

Kannst dir ne highfps config runterladen, wird aber relativ wenig bringen bei deinem System.
Vorallem willst du CSGO wirklich spielen wenns aussieht wie hingeschissen?

Oder inGame in die Konsole kopieren, guck mal in die Einstellungen und aktivier Entwickler Konsole und setz einen Hot Key der diese aktiviert.

Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\cfg
da ist eine datei "config.cfg"
Da suchst du dir die entsprechenden Sachen raus und änderst die parameter. Kann ja nicht so schwer sein

idk if im missing something or what...
there is the id u use to spawn armor with max shield in armor_option
but i cannot find anything to do with shield for the etc items.

but neither 94 or 72 worked... i also tried bunch of other ids that said def, seeing as thats the closest thing that could do anything about shield as i could find.

so i have came into a slight problem, i am trying to add +5% Physical damage and +5% magic damage gems to a server but i cant find the option indexes. i have searched several times to find the correct option but i have had no luck.
so does anyone know if there is such option and where to find it? if you could help me it would be much appreciated. :)
