Change steam id in css v.81

Hi all, is there a way to change the steam id in css v.81, please tell me how to do it? Thanks.

the Steam ID is created when you create an account. You cannot change it, theres absolutely NO WAY

change is possible, but only no steam servers. But how? You can be the administrator, if you change, your steam id, with the administrator.

Even if you're admin you won't be able to change it. NoSteam-discussions are not allowed here either.
