Hello.
Due to me not having a current job nor do i start my studies until 2 months, I purchased myself a CS:GO server, which is intended to be a Jailbreak Server for Counter-Strike : Global Offensive.
Let me try to give you as much information as i can.
Server Information
The server is currently a 18 slot CS:GO Jailbreak server, with mods allready installed, SM:Hosties, SourceMOD and other plugins which is needed for this to work.
It's hosted in Sweden, (Will probably be changed, since i decided to go with an International server with English as main language). It's stable and i've rented it from a company, which means I'm not hosting it from home, and that is always a plus due to problems.
The guys I'm renting it of is very helpful and professional, they would help me in any matter they can, so there will be no downtime and hugeproblems.
About me
I'm 20 years old and i live in Sweden, at the moment i have time over, before i go on to studies for 4 years and also work besides that, which means i wont have to many hours left for this project, however there will of course be sometime over for me to sit down and take care of things that needs to be taken care of.
I've been having a lot of other CS communites, but due to time and patient i've had to shut it down, even though we did get players to join and enjoy their stay.
Plans?
My plan is to make this server a place where people play regulary, and enjoy their stay, with mature and fair admis, also expand to more servers once this one is running good and there is enough staff members for this to be possible.
I want to build a community, with mature staff members and a quite high population, i want to build a reputation of course, of what hopefully you and i will own.
A problem i had with my other communities was that i was to quick to open more servers, and when they all had small things to fix at once, i had no time for other matters, so this time I'm doing it the right way from the start.
What do i need?
Running a community is not a one mans job, that's why i might need YOU to help me. I need Administrators for my server, i need people who could help me in others ways, suggestions, eventually forums moderators, i need someone who could be a "Officer" which handles administrators, making sure they are handling things fair and so on.
An Administrators job is to make sure everyone is having a great time, for example keep the server clean from people who just can't behave in a polite and friendly way, nor follow the rules.
I can't offer money for any help i get, since this is basicly for fun, to have something to do while i don't have anything else to do, and i know there is more people out there that would like to have something to do from time to time aswell.
