Each time you get new account the above happens. The only way to stop this is to make Valve believe you are fresh pc playing CS for the first time.

I've a method that works resetting trust factor after you get banned/or just have bad trust so you can have "clean" trust again. Especially good if you get banned and want "clean trust" after the ban on new account. Willing to sell the method for those who need trust factor reset.
