Yep, it's a standalone .exe file without any kind of injection.
About video, I'd understand if you wanted to see visuals, but SoundESP basically beeps when enemy is close to your position or you switch to fov based SoundESP which beeps when your crosshair is near enemy.
Beep rate and pitch can be modified within the GUI of the hack, also max range to beep at.

Are you just open one handel? No remote thread? And basic WPN and RPM or do you wrote your own?

Yes, open handle, RPM & WPM to set angles & shoot/jump.
Plus building new build every 30 minutes automatically, to randomize signature of the hack, to reduce risk of ban.
Been ud since August, trigger & esp are nearly ud for 3 years. But yea, VAC is nothing great as long as you don't oversell your stuff or c+p public code.
