Silver II to Silver III = 1eur/100e*gold
Silver III to Silver IV = 1eur/100e*gold
Silver IV to Silver Elite = 1.2eur/120e*gold
Silver Elite to Silver Elite Master = 1.2eur/120e*gold
Silver Elite Master to Gold Nova 1 = 1.5eur/150e*gold

How is the boosting done?
