I'm planning to go knife uptrading with this one but before I need to know what it's worth, as Slaughter is a skin which price depends heavily on patterns.

You are the seller - even if it doesn't have any diamond pattern.

Sell it as a rare piece - invent pattern-names.. Angel Wings or whatever.. Be creative - and get 10-20€ Overpay

But every professional trader will se that it's a market price - but there are lots of people in the market, who dont have any knowledge..
