Play with 5 Man Lobby of which no1 would report you and play max 2 Games a day.

10 Reports = not going into Overwatch System

11 Reports = Some Overwatcher will review your Games

So if you just play 2 Games with 5 man Premade only 10 People can report you and you are save.
