You have to keep track of the time you have played.

a.)Any rank above LEM can play 2 GAMES
Any rank below LEM can only play 1 GAME.
b.) Yes indeed you will need alot of accounts if you purchased this for boosting.
c.)Unranked accounts can RAGE hack for 2 games every 24 hours.
NOTE:
I am sorry if you feel as this is a scam. But this is the ONLY way to bypass overwatch.
