1.Go and sign out and license transfer your friends account
2. Re-download from his Download HISTORY.
3.Sign out, And Restart your console
4. If this did not work Continue to
5. Go to your memory
6.System Items
7. Delete "Rights Database"
8. Clear System Cache
9. Turn off xbox for 30 seconds
10. Pull out xbox power source for 10 Seconds
11. Start up console
12. Sign into xbox live
13. Turn off Console.
14. Turn on console and sign into your account

Before you begin the share, it is essential that you do the following:

• Go to Account Management and delete your billing and any other personal information.
• Set a temporary password for your account that you will change after the share.
• Be sure that you know the Date of Birth on your account, as well as the email address.

Sharing is allowed on PS3 (as far as i know) . So it should be also on XBOX.
