-Simply use the model viewer, or a program called POLutils, and brows the.dats until you find the NM (or model of NM). Then find a giant mob that stands out in the environment where the NM spawns. Tada! When it pops, you should now see the obvious NM there.
(if the nm shares models with other mobs & has an exact timer (ie. Stroper chime), simply kill the other sharing model mobs before it pops)
