LM and NTLM hash cracking. NEED HELP.

Ive recently locked myself out of my only administrative account and im using guest account atm to write this thread. Ive found LM and NTLM password hashes and i dont know how to decrypt them.

Anyone know how to do it?

yeah man,if you find the time im using dial up and have to change the ip every time,still use the old one to get my ip lol
