Item dropper

A while back, there was a utility that let you click on items in your inventory and they would drop without you having to drag them. Anyone know what this is? I've been searching for it for about an hour, so please don't tell me to search. Just hoping someone uses it and can tell me. Thanks.

using COTOBO will do this, just press CTRL+D !

Thanks for the response. I did come across that in my search but was hoping to find the other utility. Anyone else?
