the only way is to get mets and spam them on the items...
it all depends on your luck ;P
if you are lucky you will get but if not...
this is the only method of getting socs.

Twin City Upgrading? 01/19/2010 - Conquer Online 2 - 5 Replies I recently bought a level 110 shield, thinking I could just upgrade it at WeaponMaster for a DB. But when I got there.. I realized he doesn't do shields over level 110.
Would it be worth it to try TC? This is alot to ask (and I don't really expect this to exist), but does anyone know of a chart or something that could tell me the chances of upgrading an item in TC (based on level and quality)?
