Item file (new type)

Ok , the reason i want to do this is mainly for my archer, and although i have been able to do some edits im not really sure how to do this one.. what i want to do ius add another line in the point of view box (box that appears when you hover the mouse over an item) this would be at the bottom (like below the bless numbr) so it would show what an item can be sold to a shop for, this would mainly be useful for archer chars that wanna make some fast cash, just keep the stuff that sells for the most, also will show how much money we all waste throwing things away that are junk (normals)

If anyone could aid me in this i would be most thankful, just point me in the right direction i knbow the game is capable cause it does it when you open a trade window.

I see a little problem in your theory. The problem with that in game function is that it displays the amount it sells for when the item is at full Duration. If you were to let's say make an add-on that first calculated the amount it would sell for (we don't necessarily know how the game does that) and then added that number to be displayed in the place you mentioned earlier. Perhaps than it would work properly or as you so desire. Because I don't believe the values for items without of full Duration are kept within the game.

if you open a trade window the game shows you the amount it sells for at the current dura, so the code is already in the game i just need to figure how to maKE it come up without a trade window..

Did you read what I wrote?

There's no need for an edit here - simply open the shopping mall window and you'll see for how much an item will sell at an NPC
