Cotobo Help - Player/Item/Mob Locator Not Working

Just wondering if anyone found a way to fix the bug that's in the 4354 version of Cotobo..... 4353 worked perfectly... but this one doesn't show blue/black/red named players or identify rare items on the ground. Any and all help will be appreciated.
