Privet server help??

Hello i looked through all the guides and every privet server tut had a broken link for the same file in each thread and i even tried using my Internet explorer and didn't work so please help???
And if you make a guide may your post command to lvl up to lvl 130 and how to make leveling faster just an idea???

what are you looking for?Make your own server or a link to other p server?Qonquer has no commands anymore (lots more fun reminds me of the good old days no lotto,super 2soc clubs for 10kk)....anyway what are u lookin for exactly

well i want to create a server with multiple objectives

1: Others may join
3: Server Square EX: LEO and the block design
4: commands!
5: NPC spawning!
6: MAKING ADMINS!! --( Dur if im gana own the server )--

But the thing is the guides i find have 1 broken link =(
