hay man rally i dont konw what you mean but why you just dont get a computer inchner in your area he fix it ok better than to but our haed full with proplams we cant help in it ok AND PUT A PASSWORT IN YOUR COMPUTER THAT NO ONE CAN YUCH IT OK BOY !

try to check if fire wall isnt blocking or go to connection settings in windows and try changing ur ip there
