the usual way of getting pkp in bj (100) and then hitting a guard and getting sent to normal jail and then u can get sent back to tc, but this has been patched i think, plus u need the help of a rb fire taoist to get pkp in a non pking map, there is a new theory of the latest patch and getting sent to a different jail for not updating and then being released in tc after u update, but it not tested yet, ill be testing it first thing tomorrow, i doubt it'll work though.... plus u prob already updated, so basically what im saying is the chances are very low
