Is there a way to exploit the xp *****.. seems people on forum is complaining that waters are popping up 130 and reborning at 130 the next day?

on my server 2nd rb 130 waters and 130 warriors are off the charts!...i was hopeing to find where these ppl got it so i can be equal >.>

If i know the hack, I wouldn't be stupid enough to make my char to lvl 130 in a day. However, what i will do it to make my character lvl 129 with 90+% exp, this way my char will not be on the top 10 list and will not be reported by other people.
