Intensify won't lvl

Hey everyone, I'm a lvl 98 archer and my intensify hasn't been lvled up at all. For some reason it has been stuck at .633% forever, and I can't get it to go any higher. I've let the intensify spell run it's course, then shot something, and it still didn't do anything. Am I retarded and am missing something obvious? Any help is much appreciated.

u need to let it increase to full bar then return and return and it will level

open the skills window and then click on intensify to see what pct it is and then right click to use it and then dont move or attack anythign untill the bar has completly filled up, after the bar is full you need to wait for half a second and then the pct will go up then you can cast it again.

if you have a house or a secret spot you can just sit at use this program, i used it to fix a lot of skills.

You can't level intensify in a house. TC is the only option.

Note: take off any sdg's you have before leveling intensify while afk. The sdg graphic makes it obvious.
