[SUGGESTION] - Open Source Software

Hey All, Just a quick idea for the mod's:

All of the private software i produce is OSS... so i wondered if anyone else would be willing to have a section here for Source-Codes only? I've got no problem posting my source codes has anyone else got issues?

Main reason for asking this... I want the coding behind *M*s Multihack and a few others :P lmao

In my opinion (which is more likely to be disregarded) is that giving source code does not entice leeching, but it does entice learning. You leech programs, you evolve script.

The admin and I are in discussion.
We are looking the opportunity to improve the forum.
OSS is one of the sub-topic.

The initial draft of OSS would be only for Level 2 and above and it is optional.
We yet to finalize the project.
I shall keep you all update.

My dream never change.
Epvp would be a learning forum for game hacking.

Open-Source is one of the best ways to perfect a program.

Essentially, 50 brains working on a project is better than one.

For many reasons, such as bias and general knowledge.

Combine it all, and you have one very capable program.

That is where Windows® lacks

@ DM - And how does one achieve level 2 status?

General:
I think it would be in the best interest of the forum if people who released software (even just one program) had access to each others source code. Obviously it wouldn't be a forum rule because some people do like to keep the code private.

We could call them 'Development Threads' where the initial idea/sample code is uploaded, and then users can subscribe to the thread and help out in developing and fixing bugs in the code?

Maybe to aid with the leeching problem we have here the mod's could add a new members group (eg 'Developers') and allow ONLY THEM to access the development threads...

(I've had wayyy too much time to think about this, nothing to do at work right now...) lmao

I agree, because i play in spanish server, and all hacks, tools, etc, don't work. Sou, if you puts a open source, another people can help you. Besides, i can't play without cotobo xD
