Hi, can someone make an elementry tornado look like level 3 tornado?

idk

but i have an idea...........go to reddevils and kill them over and over and over and the trick is to stay there for a very long time eventually ur nado will look like and even deal the same damage as lvl 3......well sh*t it will even tell u that u have fix nado in ur magic section under nado
