Archer plvling spwns

i got a archer lvl 112 w/an atk of 2096-2653. i got 4 waters i wnt to get to lvl 60 as fast as i can. were is the best place to lvl the water taos at, ther currently at lvl 40. i would do bi but all spwns r taken by uber hi lvl archers -_-. anyone know of a decent spwn to lvl my taos at?
