i have a noob lvl but i dont wanna lvl her weapon skills, i kno there use 2 be a program that would do it without takin it off, any1 kno which program? i serached but nothing came up, so sry .

Ah, I am sorry, Cotobo used to repair items without removing them, but this is no longer plausible. Good luck with your proficiency leveling journey

exp ***** dont work after lvl 12 prof >.> and thats when you actually really need them.

As someone else already said, it used to be possible but it has long since been patched. Items now have to be unequipped before they are repaired.

Just grab a normal 2soc of whatever weapon it is, stick 2 ref violets in it and bot something overnight. You'll wake up with the prof you need, easy. Dosen't even matter what you bot really, just make sure its generally lvl 60+ if your 110+ yourself. You'll 1hit and still get half decent prof xp.
