1st useful reply:
It's near impossible to get hacked without first downloading some program that contains a virus or a keylogger. Therefore, it means either you shared accounts, leaked account information by accident, or downloaded a program that contains the above.
Solution: if you have bought 20+ DB codes, then a GM might help restore your account if you tell him/her your items stolen and other account information (telling false information will get you banned). If you have not bought 20+ codes, then the GM will not help you. TQ is a rotten company as we know it, but unfortunately you chose to play their game anyways so there's nothing to do about that.
i have trouble telling the difference between sarcasm and true statements, so yea you always gotta point that stuff out to me or i do kinda take it offensive. one of the joys of being old, cant tell the difference anymore X.x
