Did u exctracted the
ini/3Deffect.ini file?
If not you can use the unknownone's wdf exctractor.

Download the file on

Place the 3 files inside the .rar file on Conquer2.0 folder and then press extract.
When is finished u'll have a lot of new files on folders
c3/effects
c3/texture << armors and weapons are here
