i need help on my sv how do u make it pick up items by itself while ur not at the computer?

BUT if you do that, MAKE ******* SURE that you also select "Run" instead of "Jump". Otherwise you'll get botjailed in a few minutes.

Yep..

and Default mode will pickup any refined+ things (unique+ if you put a "5" in box "B"). Default will also grab any mets, dbs, and gold.

If your botting a large area, use default. It will grab most of the good stuff, and leave most of the junk. If your botting a small spawn, use walk+all. Don't use jump+all unless you want to visit bot jail.

but when i leave it alone it skips picking up the items and attacks the monsters the only ways it picks up items if i put my mouse over the item and thats getting me mad cause i past 1 mets last time
