I need help fast with Metspamming

Hi, How the heck do i metspam can anybody give me a detailed description of it? I hear great things about it and people getting many sockets :hm:

easy... take bunch of mets and low lvl items... like lvl 1 rings... now go to artisant wind or how is he called in tc and just try to upgrade item... i get socket like per 150 mets so have fun
