How to go to archerlab?

How i must go to the archerlab?
I got enough vp but don't understand how to go to there.

Top right area on twin city is an npc that will take you to lab. To get to the levels of lab you need to find tokens from the mobs inside.

Look here for info on the quest:

Simon is by General Judd in the back section of TC on the left.

Since it's your first time in...
-Take 1 scroll and the rest speed arrows. Don't go if you can't use speed arrows.
-Don't let your fly timer run out when you're among the mobs, and you won't need pots.
-Don't lure the mobs to the other archers, and they won't mind you being there.

Ask a friend to show you the best spawn for archers. And if you need to leave to level gear, you can probably trade arrows to others for diamonds or something.
