well u can clear ur points any lvl after 70...not just 110...u get a db at 110 so usually ppl do it around then.

nah nah!! she need clear her point's at 110 because u need the point's same website for do the promotions!! or she dont do!! for this the ppl do only at 110!!

well ur aloud to reallocat ur points at any lvl over 70 but 110 is the best time to do it

errrr i always thought u needed 60-65 agility to level !

Im lvl 121 tro and i use 30 on agility and i lvl fast , btw it also depends if ur using a sword or a blade , and peeps stop posting here question answered and this should be closed.
