Which thread did you download it from?
If from
*HOT*EDITING MET COLOR*HOT*, EDIT, on saving check your comp with Anti-Virus, the
WDF Extractor posted there was infected with Win32/Parite.B virus!

Read threw this thread for info on how to use it.
Also if your trying to run
wdfextract.exe it needs to run from CLI.
You must run
wdfbatcher.exe that will open in window.
