3f4 Packet

I'd love to know what this packet is used for. It is sent from the server to client, and then the client responds. I'm thinking it's used for client updates, that or the server getting data about the client. If anyone knows, please answer :P

just ignore it ure onli using a proxy isnt it? from wad i know its something like the connectivity checker to check if u r still connected but im not really sure about da structure though
