Conquer is down right now... most of the servers at least.

I believe if you get caught botting, first offence, you get sent to bot jail but after numerous time, you get banned. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

You sir are correct. Just servers down from a power outage. 1st offence for botting is bot jail. Cost 1 db to get out. 2nd offence bot jail for more dbs.
