we all know that your skills are back to lvl 0 after rb and will become the old lvl after you have reached the half of the old lvl:
nix lvl 8 b4 rb
lvl ix to lvl 4 to get your lvl 8 nix back
... same with 2nd rb... but...
what if i have lvl 8 nix before 1st rb and dont lvl my nix till im 2nd rb:
nix lvl 8 b4 1st rb
not lvling nix
making 2nd rb
do i have to make all the 8 lvls again or do i only need 4 lvls now????
