uhh guys? im not sure but i thought there was a bug in boxing that it only stays at lv 5 the ENTIRE TIME. im not sure if they fixed it but lol if they didnt you guys are all wasting your time. But boxing is pretty cool tho my lv 125 archer friend said his punches did more than his bow...pretty retarded

as far as i know lvl 13+ boxing is affective even with weaps equipted...soo, say your a tro and have 2 clubs, your clubs prof is 13 (1% extra atk for each club that makes 2% for all those who can't work it out) and then you got boxing lvl 20, now that 8% i think so you get 10% extra dmg over all i guess you got a minimum of 1%-24% extra dmg just on wepon prof...not a clue if it wrks like that but if it didnt....>.> then y have boxing??? think about it ^^

so does weapon proficiency %att increase affect you only when fighting with that weapon, or no matter what weapon you have?

someone with a fixed/maxed weapon proficiency please check this out. check out your total attack with no weapons equipped, and equip a weapon you have not maxed the proficiency for...if your attack is increased only by the amount of the weapon you equip, then the answer is no. if it is increased by more, then the answer is yes. if someone checks this out please post the numbers...

sorry if reviving a thread from the beginning of the year is lame, but i am really curious about this. my archer is currently out boxing, up to lvl 6 and increasing quickly....

i suppose if it were possible to max all weapon proficiencies and get a 7-8ish % increase for each weapon in the game, it would amount to at least a couple SDG's worth of att increase.

probably not possible....but...?
