Yes they do exist, just send them the payment proof from Paypal and the transaction id, and all that. I bought not so long time ago, less then 2 weeks. And they always respond to me when I ask them questions.

Hey dont worry dude, the e-mail is right, i waited around 40 hours if i remember right, i was also worried, i didnt buy it long time ago. but just w8, if a week past pm me. he's not checking the e-mail every few hours so thats why he hasnt seen it. hope i helped

When using Script Vessel it's recogmended to not use the "Disconnect at X hp" feature. When using this, most likely the time you will ever use this feature, is when someone attempts to PK you.
