Okay, you viewed that webpage, very confusing... But, on the left, you have all kinds of features (can't read), but look at the urls in your status bar on IE, gives hints on what they are. Look around, all kinds of goodies can be found.
Okay, this one has two links.
It seems like it's a new item, that can store other items. You can upgrade it (like upgrading quality), and it can store more. What's so good about that? Well, you don't drop it or anything in it when you die! Found a db and don't want to leave the lab, but don't want to lose it? Put it in your sash! The "sash" name is already in your itemtype.dat file, and descriptions say how much they hold.
There's a catch... You can only buy it with the new currency, and it's about 18-19 DBs worth... That's just a 3 slot version.

and Okay, from what I gather, each socket is 1-stone and 12 dragonballs. It wont make THAT much of a change on 1-socket items, but can this do 2 socket? Hmm, that might be crazy... Yes, you heard me right, PUTTING A SOCKET IN ANY ITEM AND NOT RANDOM!
