I dont think cotobo should be public mr.rattlz mad cript vessel non public and laot of people where more active and helped out more if cotobo is none public and for Spechail people image how many people will be active with fourms i kno every 1 gonna flam cuz they too lazy to help out but come on people y should u nove give out to the fourms that helped your rwach 130 and 120 and make moeny in rl off ebay so y dont more people contribute to fourms
I think that people should be able to share whatever they want. So, yea, I would have to say that S.V. being public wouldn't matter to me
And there are many ways to "give" to a forum.

So, if you make and give something to the community (What you say is 'not leeching') then what are the people that are using your program? Automatically leechers? Then how do you give to the community without everyone else becoming a leecher?
1. This is a hacking forum...so making hacks public not a bad thing...only bad thing about it is things like aimbot which destroy the pvppart of game and accounthacks (backdoors, and moe) which "destroys" gamers.
2. Chocoman4k allready stated he will make new version public, its just a matter of time (he got a real life too and dont play CO anylonger, so give the man some time....AND some karma when he release updated version)
