Cotobo Not Working

As we all no, cotbobo and copartner dont seem to be working. I simply just wanna no whats making it not workl (detailed answer) Thanks for the time and effort put forth to helping me.

It's because (not only) the changeg English to Englis or something lilke that.

it doesnt work cuse some of the latest patches changed the conquer.exe and added/changer other files... Cotobo and COpartner used packets and information from these files to work so when it was changed they no loger worked or at least no longer worked properly.

not very familiar with it al jsut a noob at programing but thats it to the best i understand.
