In what Time start Squama?

Hi I wanna know in what time start squama if can help me pls but 1 problem know here the people have diferent time for example german people and me, compare wiht time u see in the post and the time of my house and tell me the hour this start exactly pls ( just compare the time u see the post I add and I give the time of my house) Time of My house: 20:17 or other form 8:17Pm

It's not totaly true.
In my server it shows at 9.00 pm.

Hm.. another thing.
In my country some states are on summer time, i don't why but the server also got diff times.
I live at GMT -4 timezone, my friend live at GMT -3.
While i see 1.00 pm, he see 2.00 pm.
