weapon skill lvler???

hello, i wonder if anyone can create an hack for always use weapon skill.
for example i try to lvling phoenix for my sword but its very long,so it is possible to make an hack who use always phoenix at all hits??

Not possible. Not because a program won't do it, but because a guy with a Norris avatar said so

(and because a program can't do that because it's a skill activated on its own, not on command)
