all of a sudden my ping started going up really high an it logs me out everytime i log in
so i dont know why can i get any help plz

is this happening just in CO or in your other games / internet connections too ?

it's probably your own internet connection because mine goes whacky sometimes. one day i'll have below 80 ping no matter waht i do and then other days i'll have over 3k :S
