Need Repair Item Program

see, its my first post and i dont mean to be a pain in ***...
i used to use cotobo to repair my water tao non RB weapon, using that bug we all know...
Since cotobo isnt working and i dont know anything about packets and stuff, does anyone has or can make a program to repair your equipped items?

why use the auto repair when you can just go to market and repair urselves

its for all those peeps that are using a weapon without the strength to use it, if they take it off to repair they cant equip it again. alot of melee tao's do this. i guess they will have to go back to using kylin gems in a weapon that they upped in the market.
